- Trampoline: Focused daily training sessions each day with coaches of national and international experience.
- DMT: Daily sessions will focus on techniques to increase confidence and new skills. Training goals will also include learning “tricks of the trade” to substantially increase competition pass success.
- Tumbling: For the focused tumbling athlete, 2 daily sessions will include drills, pass building and new skill instruction.
- All athletes will receive instruction and training on the events that they compete. Schedules will be arranged to give the “multi-event” athletes optimal training time.
- Athlete specific training will be offered. Athletes need not train events they don’t compete or don’t wish to train. |
UPPER LEVEL ATHLETES AND JUNIOR NATIONAL TEAM MEMBERS!!!
Athletes that fit this heading will have training sessions specifically directed towards maximizing their workouts. This week will be organized and run very much as a National Team Training Camp for these athletes. Our feedback from previous years has helped us develop a week long training schedule that provides improvement of basics and offers expert instruction in upper level skills and combinations.

- Swimming at the waterfront of Camp Wakeshma. Camp life guards and waterfront director will be present. - Water skiing, tubing, and knee boarding. 4 professional water ski boats (Malibu!) with experienced, trained “captains” to drive and teach water sports. - Pontoon boat rides, swimming - Hiking the woods of Michigan - Canoeing - Kayaking - Cabin vs. Cabin contests of skill and cunning! - Sunfish sailboats - Volleyball - Tetherball - Basketball - Free time! Long summer days provide great opportunities to talk and make new friends from all over the country
